Holy hell, I was just farking around on the web for the last 4 goddam hours.
For most of my adult life I’ve dedicated significant effort to ignore and eliminate commercialization and commodification from my life. Yeah OK, my professional jobs have all been big bizz but my personal life has been different, or at least that’s what I’d always hoped. Problem is that my family life was pretty much a middle class 4 person atomic family affair. I had professional goals coaxed out of me by highly trained professional HR specialists. I had a growing set of responsibilities that went along with my greater influence in the company.
